The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney has filed charges alleging three counts of involuntary manslaughter against Jeffery Knight of Muscle Shoals Alabama. Knight, a truck driver, crashed into stopped vehicles on highway 40 in July 2008 killing three people and injuring several others.
